Troubleshooting Agent Trigger Issues: Seeking Solutions and Advice

Hi everyone. I'm having trouble getting my agent to get triggered but its such a simple process that I don't know where to look next after trying a bunch of things (and using about 1500 credits by requesting help from the AI Agent builder 😭). Anyone have any ideas on what could be the problem? I've checked settings and used different folders/accounts, and even started from scratch a few times but don't know where the issue.
