Assistance Needed for Membership Renewal Issue

Hello Lindy Team, I’m unable to renew my membership after the trial period as the transaction keeps getting declined from the merchant side. I’ve checked with my bank, and this was the response I received from them. Can someone assist with this issue?

Hey Prabhash -- I just called our payment processor (Stripe) and they mentioned that the bank has declined the payment for 'Unknown Reason's. They mentioned there the two ways to resolve this are:
Trying a different card OR
Asking the bank to allow the transactions to be processed
I know not a great answer, I apologize. Please let me know if that helps!
