If you are trying to use the Agent Builder to create this, then that could be a problem. It's good for getting started, but for making fine tuning adjustments it's not very helpful. Use the agent builder as a template, create a new agent, replicate the steps but add actions intentionally, manually. Lindy is very approachable with Agent Builder but the complexity can be high and requires some previous knowledge to perfect your workflows in your agents.
