Q on phone calls - can the agent do touch calls? For example, when you call a dentist, their system might say "for our dentist in LA, press 1. For NYC, press 2". And then it'll go again, "for our LA North location, press 1" or "for our south LA location, press 2".
I know ahead of time what the sequence of numbers are. Can I tell the AI agent somehow to follow those with touch tones?
