Need Assistance with Agent Not Responding in Email Thread

Hello, my agent cannot or will not reply back in the same thread as emails have been send or recieved is there anyone that can help me with this because it can't even help itself. Sending a screenshot below of what it says:

Hi Kylie S., while you share the URL for this agent + task (you can copy both from your browser) -- can you confirm if you have toggled the "handle in same task" on in your Gmail trigger?
