Good evening folks! I’m using Lindy Embed on my web site and need to be able to wipe / restart an embed chat conversation programatically. I tried adding a random string to the end of the javascript reference, but no dice.
I can do it manually by clearing my browser cache or opening up an incognito browser, but cannot get it to work programatically.
Any suggestions for how I might work around this? Perhaps the dev team would be kind enough to add a Javascript function to the embed SDK so I can ask for a fresh chat conversation rather than using the existing one??
All ideas welcome! 🙂
