Accessing Lindy Mail for Wix Invitation and Web Form Integration

I need access to my Lindy mail in order to accept an invitation from Wix. This is so that my web form data will get sent to Lindy as a trigger. How do I access my Lindy Mail or accept and invitation that was sent to Lindy via Wix? Thank you
