Integrating Slack and Notion for Client Updates: Need Help!

Slack + Notion; and receive summaries I am trying to setup the following:

1.
When an email is received or Slack Channel message is received, it updates the Notion page with that info
2.
Then an employee can ask Lindy in Slack to give an update on that particular client

I know this is easy to setup, but I am struggling..... it's step 2 that I am struggling with. Any advice?
