Hello Lindy - please help! I had a fully working agent that all of a sudden quit working. I've spent thousands of credits trying to get it back up and working to no avail. I think I know how to fix it, but I blew through so many credits trying, I'm out for the month. I've already upgraded once. Is there a way to refund these credits? So frustrating I had to use so many to try to fix something that was previously working.
