had a client run into this issue and sent on to me but I'm unsure how to fix... don't have the task link but figured this is likely a common issue?

Hey Rex -- It does come up sometimes, but not often. If you do have task URL, that would be super helpful for us to be able to look into this 🙏

where would he get it? the task failed to start, so I don't think he's got a URL to share... any guidance to pass along would be most appreciated

Ah, right apologies -- Do you mind letting me know the user's email associated with his account? and what the Lindy is called?
