Automate Invoicing from Google Sheets to Xero for Property Sales

Hi, I run a Property Sales company. I am trying to set up a system that automatically reads my Google Sheets for Sold Properties and creates an invoice for me to send out on Xero. Would anybody be able to help?

I already have the list of potential Sales in a Sheets, I was wondering if there's a way for Lindy to detect a change to one of the cells e.g Available to Sold and create an invoice from the details in the Sheet

No problem -- You can also use a 'New Row Added' trigger, which would be even simpler where it would look like:
New Row Added
Email Invoice

Hey Luke! Do you currently have a Lindy that you've attempted? How are you currently looking to trigger the workflow? There are a few ways to do this, but one way you could do this is like this:
On a recurring schedule
Find row where where 'Sold' is inputted in a specific field
Email an Invoice for those rows
