Help Needed: Configure Slack Notifications for Task Errors

Hi support! I need some help with a workflow. Anytime a task errors out, I want Lindy to send a slack message to our team. I tried adding condition settings, but that does not seem to be working. any advice?

Ah apologies about the incorrect docs link - Will update my Lindy to ensure it's fixed 🙂 Having said that, I don't believe it's possible - Once a task errors out, it's fully stopped in it's tracks. Let me ask internally to see if there is any way around that (but I don't think there is). Will follow up soon!
