Are there any tips to get the voice agent to spell out email addresses more slowly? Despite numerous prompt update tests, the agent still seems to repeat email addresses faster than people can keep up. I already have:
"When reading back a URL or email address, pronounce it slowly and deliberately. And I mean that, make that s-l-o-w-l-y! Like you're pausing briefly after every letter."
For complex email addresses, spell slowly and clearly.', mary_smith@yahoo.com = 'm-a-r-y underscore s-m-i-t-h at yahoo dot com'
What about tips for pronouncing punctuation in email addresses? I already have this included in my prompt:
When reading back a URL or email address, pronounce it slowly and deliberately. And I mean that for "slowly" as an example, say that "s (pause) l (pause) o (pause) w (pause) l (pause) y (pause)"! You're pausing briefly after every letter. And make sure you include items such as "dot", "at", "underscore", "hyphen", etc., as needed.
However, the agent keeps not repeating back when there is a "dot" in the email name component, although it will say the "dot" in the domain part.
Example of a task URL where this happens repeatedly: https://chat.lindy.ai/mdcalc/lindy/live-cme-inbound-phone-call-agent-sonnet-45-68f7[…]tasks?e=68f7f4cbaa16e89827a28695&task=693755af0394f7515eecd37a
