Troubleshooting Notion Database Item Updates After Emailing Leads

Hi team, question on updating a Notion database item: I'm hoping to have my agent send an email to a lead in my CRM database (in Notion) and once that email has been sent, update the status of the lead to "contacted." When I go to the update database item step, it just gives me this blank option as the only option for "item" to update. Any advice on how to get it to update the item that correlates with the lead it just emailed would be super appreciated!
