Where Did the Upgrade Button Go After Switching to Lindy Virtual Assistant?

Anybody know where the upgrade button has gone? Since I swapped into the Lindy virtual assistant- I can't find the upgrade button. I tried to cancel the subscription to see if it would appear then....but now I just have a cancelled subscription 😕 Also I hadn't realise enabling overages was ticked and I've just burnt through a whole tone of credits with not much output- would really love a refund if possible :(
