Hi Lindy team 👋 I’m currently experimenting with Lindy AI and ran into an issue when trying to connect Microsoft 365 via the Lindy Assistant. When I first initiated the connection, I was prompted to approve permissions in Entra (Microsoft). During that approval process, the connection flow was interrupted. We have now approved the app in Entra, but the option to reconnect or retry the Microsoft 365 integration no longer appears. So at the moment, I’m stuck and unable to re-initiate the connection. Could you please advise:
How to trigger the Microsoft 365 connection flow again?
If there’s a way to reset or re-authorize the integration from your side or ours?

Hey Patrick! If you head over to Settings -> Connections, you should be able to click the "..." and remove the connection for Outlook/Microsoft 365. You can then reconnect it again! Please let us know if that helps!
Hey Alan, unfortunately that wasn’t the solution. The connection I’m referring to was on the Lindy Assistant home page under “Complete setup,” where I had three options: Connect to Google, Connect to Microsoft, and Share our phone number. This setup connects Lindy Assistant directly to Microsoft 365 — not through Pipe.

Hey Patrick! Are you able to try these instructions? 1. Click on Home within your workspace 2. Once you’re at your home, the URL in your browser should look something like this the image 3. From here, please replace /home with /migrate-to-outlook You will be redirected to a webpage that will prompt you to connect to Outlook! Let me know if that helps
