Troubleshooting Access to Shared Agents on Business Account

Hey guys, quick question. I have a business account, but I'm unable to see agents that others on my account have created. They can share their agent with me, but I just have my own version of it. I can't see their version of the agent and all the existing tasks they've performed. Did I set something up wrong? Or is this just how it is? Thanks for the help!
