Can anyone help me get one Agent to Call/Transfer/move-to a different Agent ? What's happening here is that the Lindy is trying to use the 'transfer call' feature to transfer a call to a 'talk with other lindy' trigger on a different Lindy. These are two different actions, so they won't work. For the transfer call action, you'll need to specify a phone number. So in this case, for the other Lindy, you'll need to add a new phone number and have a 'Call Received' trigger.
