Specifying Time Zones in Google Calendar's Find Available Times Action

When using the "Find Available Times" Google Calendar action, how do you specify timezone? If not possible, what time zone is this action using?

I believe it's associated with your browser’s local timezone. It will associate everything with the same timezone your browser is associated with
