Linmdy alaso charged 15.99 when I joined on top oif thje $10 phone cost and the 49.99 monthly fee... no reason stated no detailed billing breakdown

my phone agent answers a phone as a back up operator only, never has a call over 5 mins and only sends an email summary,,,...no crm sheets no slack,,,nothing very minimalistic
