Issues with Running Agents: Need Help from Ethan K.

Ethan K., I'm not able to seem to run any of my agents. I set up a meeting, but the agent didn't run. The one I asked about earlier, the referral agent, I have messed with several iterations, according to the agent builder, and it doesn't want to test or run. Can you lead me to a solution?
