Hi what is the best way to forward an email with gmail via lindy, specifically making sure attachments are preserved?

To forward an email, after your email received trigger, you can do a 'send email' action, and input the details from the previous step

If you're looking to forward the attachments, you'll have to use a 'upload' action which can upload the file to a place like google drive. Then in 'send email' action, you can refer to the previously uploaded file
