Troubleshooting Folder Not Found Error in Lindys

I'm trying to work on my Lindys, but when I click on any folder, it says "Folder not found". Can someone please help me troubleshoot?

A little more info: I can see the Lindys in the folders on the left sidebar in "recents" however, I cannot click "more" to see all of them.

Also, is there a way to export the code for our Lindys so we can keep that data secure somewhere? The idea of losing our work and having to replicate everything made us realize how critical it is that we're keeping a record of what we've built. LMK and thanks again!
