Hi there - my Google sheets trigger has suddenly stopped working and the ask the agent can’t seem to resolve it we have been around in circles for ages deleting, re-adding and checking it but it doesn’t automatically trigger now for some reason on a new row being added. If I manually test the new row activity can be seen in the activity, but it refuses to trigger automatically now all of a sudden. Can someone take a look please? Thanks a lot

Do you have a form leading to the Google Sheets?
Are you able to directing the form to a net new google sheet? is that an option on the backend for you? Just for testing purposes! 🙏
Thanks Alon! Yes there is a form leading to the sheet. I haven’t directed the form to another sheet yet. It was all working up to a few hours ago and then seemed to stop with the assistant made an update to the flow to ensure logos were being added to documents. It’s strange. The flow seems to see new submissions as you can test it manually. But now just doesn’t fire automatically. Thanks for looking.
Hi Alon - any updates your end on the root cause please? I’ve fixed it by changing the form to a fresh form and database but need to understand why it broke in the first place in case this happens again. I’ve emailed twice also. Thanks a lot
Hey Lee! Apologies about the delay -- if you're over to send over the details below, I'll get my engineers to look into why this happened. I unfortunately don't know the answer. It could be on Google's end or on our ends, but they'll be able to give me a better understanding:
The Lindy URL (not the template ID, but a task URL or a URL of the flow editor)
A timestamp of when you changed the the form to a fresh form
