Troubleshooting Airtable New Record Trigger Issues in Lindy
Hi everyone, I'm new to Lindy and running into an issue with the Airtable "New Record" trigger. I'm hoping someone has seen this before. Goal: Trigger a workflow when a new record is created in a specific Airtable view. Problem: When I run a live test, the trigger goes into a "listening" state (spinning circle) but never receives the event from Airtable, even after I create the event by changing a record's status. What I've tried so far:
Confirmed the trigger is watching the correct Airtable Base, Table, and View.
Confirmed there is at least one record in the Airtable view to be triggered.
Tried setting the trigger source to both user generated and API generated changes.
I also hit the "webhook limit reached" error and have successfully cleared all webhooks from my Airtable base's API documentation section. The error is gone, but the test still won't complete.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a known issue or a step I'm missing in the live test process? Thanks in advance!
