Issues with Lindy App Development and Request for Credit Compensation

I was using Lindy to create two separate apps for me, and ran into some errors and ended up going back and forth using up a bunch of credits but the errors were never fixed. Lindy told me that there is a problem in her programming and that she would open a support ticket, but I have not been contacted about it. Lindy suggested that I request compensation for the credits that were wasted in the back and forth without resolution.
