by the way, I should probably know this, but how do I set it up to get a notification on slack/email/wherever when an agent messes up?

In regards to your note about sending a notification/email whenever an agent messes up -- What do you mean messes up? As in if there is an error with an error message?

yeah, if there’s a failure and the agent stops, I’d like to be notified

I’m on mobile but I think the first or second I sent just stopped completely once the LinkedIn action failed
