Tracking Open Rates in Lindy.ai for SDR Sequences

Hi! I am using the https://www.lindy.ai/templates/lead-outreacher for an SDR sequence and was wondering if there’s a way to collect open rates analytics within the workflow. Has anyone figured this out yet?

Hmmm - I don't believe this is possible, but Marvin A. may know forsure!

no, not possible out of the box. However, you could send tracking links to get a click rate.

related… I think you’ve mentioned this before Marvin A. but what’s your go-to method for mass emailing from an existing contact list (in a Google Sheet)? I know I can hack it by adding a new column then using “Row Updated” as the trigger but I feel like you had a way to manually trigger 🤔

Message received trigger → Get Spreadsheet → Loop would likely be my go-to here (if the list isn’t huge & you want to send one by one)

yes! and then inside the loop you can (enrich &) send emails. tip: set max concurrent to manual and define a value that works for ya 🙂

Gotcha. Curious how people are measuring performance then for experimentation purposes. You don’t have integrations to send through a third party tool that can track these right?

I use Shortwave as my email client that has tracking built in

but it’s not as robust as sending through a CRM or email platform such as Resend or Loops

Oh shoot! yeah for >50 I’d actually go for CSV upload tbh just to be on the safe side Rex H.
