Limitations on Uploading Large CSVs in Task View for Email Automation

I know we can Upload a CSV to side bar in Task view to create tasks, but if this is triggering automated emailing does this need to be limited to a certain number of contacts? For example, is there risks of doing this with hundreds, or thousands, of contacts and black listing your email account/domain?
