Tech API help needed! I have this super duper simple email agent that receives an inquiry, checks knowledge base and replies to the user. It's worked for ages no problems but now it's creating two identical tasks when triggered and sending two similar replies to each user. I've gone through 2hours of back and forth with Lindy Agent Builder to try diagnose and fix this (way too much time for such a simple agent) and tried and failed to fix it with the following: ❌ Remove parallel Lindy Embed trigger ❌ Clarify conditioning ❌ Remove conditioning ❌ Change prompt details ❌ Change from Handle in same task to Create new task ❌ Add delay timer (shown) I've stripped it right back and nothing works to stop it sending duplicate email responses. Lindy Agent Builder thinks it's a duplicate API trigger from Gmail (hence adding the delay timer) but is now telling me to contact Lindy support.

💡 LINDY AGENT IDEA: Create a Google Slides Presentation from a template I provide, using information I supply in the prompt. When triggered, review the information I provide in my prompt, ask follow up questions based on the template Google Slides in your knowledge base, and then once I give the thumbs up, go and create a new Google Slides Presentation from the template and save it to a predetermined Google Drive folder. Hey all, I run a drinks marketing agency and have an idea to use a Lindy to integrate between 2 x databases I have. Been using Lindy a while and can do this from scratch, but just wondering if anyone has a Lindy that already does this sort of thing that I could duplicate and build from? There's more to this in my head, ways to upsell my agency, etc - but primarily this is for low hanging fruit that can't afford my agency services but really just need access to our existing network of freelancers and then grow into becoming an agency lead later.
