Updating Email Prompt: Issues with Older Version Persisting

I’ve updated my draft email prompt in here but somehow the Task and LLM keeps using the older version even after re-deploying with the new prompt several times including adding an email example Flow Editor (Call Notes Task example showing that its sending 3 sections and not 1 Discovery Notes:, Brief Notes:Proposal Qualification:) How is it possible to reset this after it sent a ton of times using the older 3 section summary and not 1 section summary?
