Issue with Meeting Notetaker Agent and Outlook Calendar Integration

My Meeting Notetaker agent has not been joining meetings...the last 3 calendar events didn't even trigger a task. I'm using Outlook, not Google Calendar. Did something change with the Outlook Calendar integration that could be causing this?

I re-authenticated the trigger and it still failed to join my meeting.
