Hi Support. Meeting note taker has not been working lately but nothing changed. I have seen these notifications lately ( for example)

Alon J. it seems to work now but for some reason workflows generally that have worked in the past have stopped working. Like this one (see this task) a number of errors that didn't exist before

Hey Josh! Ah, sorry I missed this. It looks like in your document that you've added, you have a few extra characters at the end there. Although when copying + pasting the link into a browser, it'll properly open, you'll need to remove "/edit?tab=t.0" Let me know if that helps!

Thanks Alon J. That same issue came up again with ‘issues with our Ai provider’ but also I updated the link to the doc removing the /edit?tab=t.0 but that did not work. I got the same ‘Bad Request Response..’ error. Here’s the task

Hey Josh -- Ah, apologies! A couple questions:
Are you still getting the 'AI Providers' issue? Seems like it was likely an outage from our AI Providers -> If this happens, I would suggest using a different model (with a different provider) in those cases
For the Updating document task, is the document within the same google workspace as the one you have authenticated? Are you able to try using the Append Text action instead? This will allow you to choose your document from a dropdown.

Hey Alon J. I’ve updated to “Append Text” now so we’ll see if that works. But this was working for a very long time and then just stopped? same with the subsequent actions. ie I have a document with continual updates from the Lindy then the updates just stopped happening. Did something Change? I see more errors like this now as well? Just not sure why these were all working and now they are not

You'll have to let the bot into the meeting room - Do you have these errors even when you've let the bot in?

What I mean is these errors are on all meetings (sorry just happened to share that one where the bot was not let in). All of the doc updates error out now

Hmm in the task shared the bot was not admitted to the meeting which is problem nr 1 Josh S. Second issue is the file names. (I see that it’s been working lately but I’d still try to avoid issues by prompting the file name: “When creating files, use this naming convention: [action]-[date]-[identifier].extension”) Third issue is the agent doesn’t actually know what to upload. So it’s confusing the transcript (.md file extension) and the video URL. To avoid → set the file url to prompt mode and say something like: “The video recording URL” Hope this is helpful! 🙏🏾
