Good morning support channel, we are creating a scaled back version of the email triager to help filter spam and bulks email messages. We've tested and deployed the workflow but it's not processing when emails are received in the Gmail mailbox. The agent is enabled and used the test button to validate the labels are getting applied. It just won't process new emails. Any ideas?
Also, how do we submit support tickets? There isn't an option in the app.

Hey Brian! Ah apologies -- I'm not able to reproduce this, as it works for me. Are you able to delete the trigger, re-add it, deploy the Lindy again and try again? π

You got it. This is an agent which is shared with me and reads someone else's mailbox. Once I make the change to the agent which is shared with me, do they have to deploy on their end or can I just deploy the changes on my end?
If you're authenticated with their email, you just need to deploy it on your end
