Hi Lindy Support, Could someone kindly assist me with a concern I’m having? When I receive and respond to the first email from a lead, everything works fine and I can send my reply without any issues. However, when that lead replies back and I need to respond again, Lindy does not show the “Send Email” button. Because of this, I’m unable to send my follow‑up reply through Lindy. Thank you so much for your support!
Hey Jen! If you click on the Send Email action, do you have the 'Save as Draft?' button enabled? If you don't have it, it will automatically send the email. If you do, it will provide you with the Send Email button. Happy to take a look, if you send over the task URL!

A couple things you can do here:
You can get rid of the 'Send Reply' skill in the AI Agent
You need to connect your flow properly. You can see on the right that it's connected in a line, but on the left, it's two separate paths. It's going to cause issues here.
I would suggest having only one exit path after the AI Agent -> Send Email -> Send Channel Message Let me know if that helps!
Just to clarify, I don’t want the AI to send the reply automatically—only to draft it so I can review and click the Send Email button myself.
