Issue with Sending Follow-Up Emails in Lindy Support

Hi Lindy Support, Could someone kindly assist me with a concern I’m having? When I receive and respond to the first email from a lead, everything works fine and I can send my reply without any issues. However, when that lead replies back and I need to respond again, Lindy does not show the “Send Email” button. Because of this, I’m unable to send my follow‑up reply through Lindy.
