Outbound Cold Call Campaign Template for Surveys and Gatekeepers

Hi support: I'm wondering if there is a template for an outbound cold call campaign to call specific numbers, manage gatekeepers, ask them to complete a quick verbal survey (3 questions), and then forward the call if they answer in specific ways. I can't be the first person to want to do this...

Hey there! Yep, this is fully able to be done in our Outbound Phone Calling Lindy. I've linked a guide there for you, that includes a link to the template. You'll have to include all the criteria, including the verbal survey, within the prompt in the AI Agent. If the gatekeeper transfers the call, the agent will stay on the line 🙂 Let me know if that helps!
