Issues with App Builder Providing Screenshots in Chat

It is telling me that my app is completed but it is not completed at all.

Hey Preston, thanks for reaching out -- Do you mind providing an example where it says it's completed but it's not completed? For example, is it not doing respective updates that it says it's doing?
