Hello, we are getting a strange issue where an Outlook email trigger is triggered twice every time the email is sent - basically the workflow is kicking off twice on every email trigger even though there is only one workflow hooked up to that account. Has anyone seen this issue before?

Thanks, Delon! Just to confirm - Is this only happening in test mode? I see all of these tasks have occurred only in test mode.
I'm not sure any of them were supposed to be run in test mode
we just had the workflow set to active and sent emails that would trigger the workflow
Sorry for missing this Delon! Just to confirm, you haven't been hitting the 'Test' button here, right? You're simply just receiving emails and letting it trigger the flow naturally? I'd have to connect with my engineering team to see what's going on here, as perceivably it looks like these are in test mode. I believe we recently had an issue where test mode tasks would trigger multiple times. I'll follow up with you asap here π
