How to Assign a Permanent Email for a Notetaker to Join Zoom Workshops with Required Registration

Alon J. riddle me this. Is there a way to give my notetaker an email that it always uses so that it can join my Zoom workshops where registration is required? I am hitting a snag where I want it in the room but it can’t actually get in because registration is required. 🤪
