Issues with Lindy Phone Call Service: Duplicate Calls and Timing Errors

Hey all, I am having a problem with my current lindy phone call service. I am receiving calls and the times that I am receiving the calls are different. I am also getting duplicate calls, meaning that I am seeing the same exact conversation twice in my flow usually 30 minutes apart. Does anyone know why these problems are occurring?

Hmmm -- I'm not sure, I'd have to take a lok into your tasks. Do you mind sending over your task URL? If you're on a specific task, you can just copy and paste the URL for me here 🙏

I figured out the issue with the time difference and task duplication. I have my Lindy Phone call hooked up to a send email function that sends support tickets to my service desk. Every time I enter my service desk and update/change a ticket it will pull the call to the top of the task list and create a duplicate call. I do not know why it does this but it is certainly interesting.
