Hi! We keep getting the following error, however we do have an email set up here and haven't changed a thing Anyone know how we can fix this?

In the meantime, are you able to update your "to" field in your email action to a Prompt AI, and advise it to "Ensure that it's a string" with the same email within the field and let me know if that works!

Hey Rosa! Ook gotcha -- If you're sending an email to the same email everytime, then I would suggest:
Reverting my previous suggestion
Using the 'Set Manually' feature, instead of 'Prompt AI'
