Critical Issues with AI Outreach Agent Workflow and Authorization Errors
Hello Lindy.ai Support Team, I'm experiencing several critical issues with my AI Outreach agent that are blocking my work. I would appreciate your urgent assistance with the following problems: 1. Email Workflow Trigger Failures While the first email was triggered correctly, the subsequent 4 emails in the sequence are not being triggered or passing through the workflow. 2. Task Visibility Issues (Client vs. Owner View) This workflow was built for a client. My client can see the tasks in their view, but I cannot see them in my account, despite being the workflow owner. 3. Agent Builder Authorization Errors The Agent Builder is providing incorrect instructions and displays an keeps saying it has no permission to rebuild the workflow?! 4. Agent Sharing Limitation I'm unable to reshare the client agent back into my account after it was shared with the client. 5. Persistent "Unauthorized" Popup A popup notification in the lower right corner continuously displays "unauthorized," making it difficult to work in the platform.
