I've got a lindy grabbing event info from a webpage, and I need it to drop a little summary of the event into Google Doc. Basic blurb like day/time, location, and small "call to action blurb". I need that "call to action blurb" linked to the event URL, but I can't seem to get inline linked copy to happen with any model. Any ideas welcome.
Sure suggest a prompt fix. This: Add the event(s) to the document in the format requested, ie: DAYOFWEEK Time / Venue (City) - [emoji] Name of event, <a href="EVENT_URL_HERE">Your call to action text here</a>very short text call to action</a> Example: SATURDAY 12:30pm / South County Library Space (Littleton) - ๐ฉฐ A Special Preview of The Nutcracker by Littleton Youth Ballet, <a href="https://jeffcolibrary.bibliocommons.com/events/6920b0ffd6833e76917ea782">experience the magic</a> Then new line to make room for the next events. Resulted in this output into Google Doc: TUESDAY All Day / Express Library West Arvada (Arvada) - ๐ฎ Winter Lights at the Express Library, <a href="https://jeffcolibrary.bibliocommons.com/events/6903a34ca18afa0c6129dd20">pick up your craft kit</a>
?
Hey Derek! Apologies, our Lindy sends one message off the bat ๐ Do you mind sending over the Lindy agent you currently have? I think that may help me with some context. Happy to take a look!
Sorry, will follow up shortly!
Hey Derek! Are you able to try either of these:
Are you able to update your prompt to Markdown (prompt example at the bottom) Please let me know if that helps!
If that doesn't work, are you able to try using the 'Update Document' action with the 'Append' setting set?
______________________ Please append the following event(s) to the document, one event per line, using **Markdown formatting**. Use this exact format (replace with actual values): DAYOFWEEK Time / Venue (City) - [emoji] Event title, [Your call-to-action text here](EVENT_URL_HERE) Example: SATURDAY 12:30pm / South County Library Space (Littleton) - ๐ฉฐ A Special Preview of The Nutcracker by Littleton Youth Ballet, [experience the magic](https://jeffcolibrary.bibliocommons.com/events/6920b0ffd6833e76917ea782) If there are multiple events, put each one on its own line, with a **blank line** (empty line) between events, to ensure they render on separate paragraphs. Do not wrap the link in HTML `<a>` tags โ use Markdown link syntax: `[text](URL)`. __________________
Alon J. I'd tried markdown. Niether method worked this time, using either google docs action. Copy is exposed html/markdown TUESDAY 6pm / Lakewood Library (Lakewood) - ๐จ Make Something: Winter Village Mason Jars, [create with other adults](https://jeffcolibrary.bibliocommons.com/events/683fbe79b354fd280023c361) TUESDAY All Day / Express Library West Arvada (Arvada) - ๐ฎ Winter Lights at the Express Library, [pick up supplies to create festive luminarias](https://jeffcolibrary.bibliocommons.com/events/6903a34ca18afa0c6129dd20)
Hey Derek! I'll send you a DM ๐
