Experiencing 429 Rate Limit Error? Need Help with Testing an Agent!

Hello all, I have never use my phone number and I’m trying to test an agent that I built and I’m receiving a 429 error saying that I’m at the rate limit error. I just upgraded to to 20,000 credits and I really don’t wanna waste them.
