Agent Malfunction: No Calls Received for 2 Days

My agent was working fine for 2 straight weeks then the last 2 days I have not gotten a phone call. When I checked there was this message.

Hi Sabrina! Just took a look and it looks like the phone number is actually not on your account 🤔 Did you by chance remove the phone number in your settings?

I have not changed the outbound phone number since I started. Do I just need to select a new phone number?
