Hi Support, I've sent two emails since Saturday, requesting onboarding assistance for my company, but haven't received a response yet. We attempted to use the Quickstart guide on our own, but ran into difficulties along the way and have now exhausted our credits. I enabled "allow overages,' only to complete the agent we started, but it's now experiencing Slack API issues when testing (which triggered an automatic notification to your team). Could someone please:
Help us troubleshoot the Slack API error
Schedule the onboarding call I requested in my previous emails

Copy that page URL from your browser 5. Paste the URL in your support request We don't currently have onboarding meetings for users, but we do have partners who can help get you up and running for your respective workflows!
