Best Models for Parsing Invoices and Inserting into Google Docs

Hello, i have a pdf to parse: it is an invoice from a carrier (dhl, ups, etc). Documents are general up to 50 pages and contains at least 20 rows. I need to parse the document and insert each row in a google docs: wich model do you suggest? currently i have tried many, but the stops after a few records.....
