Troubleshooting Meeting Notetaker Lindie Protocol Mismatch Error

Hello, i’m having issues with my Meeting Notetaker Lindie. I continue to receive a protocol mismatch error during the recording process. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Hey Peter! Hmmm -- Do you mind sending over the Task URL? I'll get my team to take a look! Did you change anything in the Meeting Notetaker, or you are using it fresh-out-of-the-box? 🙏

This is a custom Meeting Notetaker Lindie, however, the only fields I changed that could affected this was within the “record meeting” node, specifically, the name of the bot (Peter’s Assistant) and custom Avatar URL

Got it! Where are you pulling the Custom Avatar URL from?

I was pulling it from my documents folder on my laptop

Ah gotcha. You'll need to have it located on a public link! I would try to:
1.
Remove the custom avatar URL and Test out the Lindy without one
2.
If that works, then you'll need to upload the Avatar to somewhere that's a public URL that's available and then you can add it back to the Lindy

Alon J., I just finished testing and the Avatar URL seemed to be the issue. I removed it and everything worked as intended. Thanks again for the prompt response! Much appreciated 💪
