Issue with Lindy email helper greeting users by account name instead of their own
Hi Lindy Support, We are having 2 issues with our Lindy email helper agent. The first one is the main issue, and which I'll post, first: Lindy greeted an emailer/user with the name of the person on the Lindy account, not the emailer themselves. It did this once on a test run from a personal email address, even though said email did not have the actual name of the person anywhere, including the email settings. The 2 solutions I have come up with are: (a) change the Lindy account profile name (though it still may greet emailers with that name); and (b) give explicit instructions in the "Send Reply" node's "body" prompt (although it seems Lindy shouldn't be pulling the Lindy-account profile name anyway). Do you have any other solution to this, and/or can direct me to an article that addresses this same issue?
