Request for Assistance: Stopping Lindy's Workflow Task

Hi All, Need Help to stop ongoing Lindy's workflow task. Its been a hour after call end from twilio and it is still showing in process on tasks. I am not able to stop, delete this and even i am not able to alter or make copy of this workflow. After that i am trying to call this lindy is not able to respond on call. However it showing properly call connected and completed in twilio logs but there is no response from agent. please help on this. Thanks
